Iron Tide Command

Iron Tide Command asks you to think a few moves ahead. You control fleets and shore bases, and the real challenge is logistics: keep your supply lines short, don't overextend, and pick the right moment to strike. It rewards patience over spam.

I appreciated that the AI actually reacts to sloppy play. Leave a flank open and it will punish you. The campaign missions ramp up nicely and each one taught me a new wrinkle without a wall of tutorial text.

The interface can get busy on a smaller phone screen, so I ended up playing most of it on a tablet. If you like slow, deliberate strategy, this one holds up.
